@milanmagyar17During my student years I spoke with hundreds of students looking for housing in a new city. The same story kept coming up. They'd find a good apartment, get invited to view it, and then lose it because they couldn't be there. Wrong country, wrong timezone, wrong week.
I built Viewinger because that problem has a simple fix: connect people who need eyes on a property with trusted locals who are already there. Buyers stop losing opportunities they should have had. Viewers earn from their time and local knowledge.
As far as I know there's nothing else like this. We're just getting started, and I'm building it with the right people around it.

It's a marketplace where people who need a property viewed can find and hire someone local to go for them. The viewer attends the viewing, takes photos and video, and sends back a structured report. We started in the Netherlands but the platform works in any country.
Create a free account, then hit Post a Mission. Add the address, pick a date, list what you want the viewer to document, set your budget, and submit. The whole thing takes about five minutes.
Yes. We review every application personally and invite people who are a good fit. We look for reliability, local knowledge, and attention to detail. Not everyone gets in, and that's the point.
When you accept a viewer, you pay upfront into escrow. A 10% service fee is added on top of the viewer's proposed price. Once you confirm the report, the funds release to the viewer. If the report doesn't meet your deliverables, you can raise a dispute before releasing anything.
Yes. One account, two modes. Switch between buyer and viewer from your dashboard at any time. Post a mission when you need a viewing done, or browse open missions and apply as a viewer.
We're currently most active in the Netherlands. Most missions in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, and Utrecht get applications within a few hours. You stay in control and accept whenever you're ready.
Yes. Every applicant has a message thread right on the mission page. Talk to them, ask questions, get a feel for who they are before you commit to anything.
If a viewer cancels, your escrow is refunded in full. You can reopen the mission and pick someone else. If the report doesn't cover what was agreed, raise a dispute before confirming payment and we'll review it.
